Fee Structure

We offer our services under the two following fee structure options:
Project Structure:
The benefit of working with us on a project-to-project basis is that you don't need to commit to a minimum contract term.  You may feel that you don't want nor need on-going HR support, and so this option will meet your requirements.

You provide us with a summary of the work you'd like completed and on that basis we will provide a transparent quote.

There may be times ​where the specific project required has additional complexities.  We will identify these prior to commencing any work and highlight any additional fees should we run into challenges that increase time spent on the project.
Retainer Structure:
​The benefit of working with us on a retainer is that you will have a consistent level of HR and Employment Law support whenever you need it. 

We pride ourselves on our retainer structure, unlike other consultancy and advisory services, our retainers are completely transparent. 
  • The monthly fee that we quote is inclusive of all work (exceptions may apply but will be highlighted) - there are no sneaky additional charges. 
  • We also don't limit your access to us, there is no clock - we are there when you need us, for however long you need us.  
  • You will have a dedicated Greenburn Business Partner, who remains contactable by phone and email throughout the working week.  We also visit our client sites when the situation would be easier resolved face-to-face - we travel Nation-wide.

We have a minimum retainer term - you sign on for an initial period of 12-months, and then the retainer continues to roll monthly following this.
