Training & Development
What makes a good training workshop?
We would argue that it has to be enjoyable, interactive, relevant and informative. It should give participants the confidence to use their new skills and/or knowledge and make them want to share their learning in their own workplace. It should make a difference to the person that attends the workshop; thereby making a difference to the business they work for. We think that training workshops should re-ignite the spark of excitement and possibility.
We've developed a number of workshops based on the work we have done with managers over many years. We use a mixture of expert knowledge, psychology and practical application to deliver the subject matter - always ensuring that the content is relevant to the person and the needs of their business.
