Becoming a SponsorApplying to and becoming a Sponsor is the easiest part of the process. The Government provides specified eligibility criteria for a UK business, and assuming your business meets that you can apply for a Sponsor license and pay the required fee. |
Certificate of SponsorshipThis is the most complex part of the process for the Employer. Requiring precise information in regard to the job title, job description, skill level, salary banding and appropriate job coding. Any issues at this stage could damage the whole process. |
Applying for a VisaThe difficulty in this step is that the Employer has to advise and guide their new Employee through the application process in their home country. It can be a complex conversation and often will cause hiccups that delay the Visa being assigned. |
